Sandy Ridge is a rather quiet development area that is surrounded by the most natural landscape including the conservation woodland. It is also a rather convenient place to live because it only takes a ten minute drive to get to and from Disney and other major theme parks and attractions. It’s a new private community and there is several villa location homes built on spacious land areas, most of them executive-styled complete with all the most modern amenities.

What makes Sandy Ridge ideal is the fact that it’s ideally located in the Davenport area which means that it is convenient to go anywhere --- the theme parts and most beaches that are located in the east and west of Florida. Despite all the advantages of this community, Sandy Ridge dream houses, villas and rentals are not extremely expensive.

This is an ideal community where development is booming because of Sandy Ridge’s excellent location. Residents of this community feel like they are living in a countryside retreat because most of the surrounding area is yet to be developed. Despite this however, this community is extremely close to Junction 58 of the 14 which gives it access to Disney World in less than ten minutes. Another access point, Marker 5 of the 192 can be reached less than ten minutes passing through a calm private road.

Sandy Ridge is still in the development stages so prices of villas and homes in this area is still cheaper than most gated areas compared to most communities. However, those who have rented villas in the area are happy that Sandy Ridge has one of the most natural environments compared to most gated communities in the Orlando-Davenport area.

Less than a mile away from this community is the Disney Family Villa and Wi-Fi resort where one can relax and enjoy one of the best Spas in the world while watching a movie in one of the largest LCD TV. Also less than a mile from Sandy Ridge is the “Unforgettable” Waterfront Vacation and Pool Home that you can visit and enjoy. There’s also a 40 acre natural fishing lake at the back of this Pool Home where you and your family can rent a boat and go fishing or simply enjoy the calm greenery which surrounds the lake.

Sandy Ridge is also located only a little more than a mile to the Village at the town Center. That’s the fast food center where you find Wendy’s, Pepperon Pizzeria, Sherlocks of Celebration and most fast foods and restaurants.

A drive of only two minutes takes you to the Champions Gate Development where you can play golf or learn the sport. The Champions Gate Development Gold Course also offers other restaurants, services and sports. Aside from that, it is near the Public Supermarket where you can enjoy shopping and see more of the shops and fast food joints near the area. This is also where you get to order Chinese and Asian getaway if you happen to be in the mood for Asian food after golfing or touring the community. If you’d rather go Italian, there’s the Trattoria, one of the most popular authentic Italian restaurants in the Orlando area. These two restaurants provide deliver to the Sandy Ridge community. Banking facilities, business centers, and gasoline stations are conveniently located in this area only about a mile from Sandy Ridge.

The Sandy Ridge Community is also safe and guarded. Most villa renters love the natural environs and some have decided to live permanently in this area and have purchased their own homes while the price isn’t too steep. Homes in Sandy Ridge are a potential investment and an ideal place to relocate because it has the best of both worlds – the quiet county-like environment and all the facilities that can be found in any modern city in America.
